Reiteration of the Directives in AO No. 62-2020 (Re: Submission of Copies of Orders of Voluntary Inhibition) and AO No. 63-2020 (Re: Submission of Copies of TROs, SQA Orders and WPIs)

Relative to the directives in the herein appended copies of Administrative Order Nos. 62-2020 (Annex "A") and 63-2020 (Annex "B"), both dated 18 February 2020, which require the reporting and submission of copies of orders of voluntary inhibition, and Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs), Status Quo Ante Orders (SQAs) and Writs of Preliminary Injunction (WPIs), respectively, all concerned first and second level courts are hereby (a) REMINDED to strictly comply with the said directives, and (b) DIRECTED to submit the intended reports and copies for the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) at the following email addresses:
