Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 16, 2011, which reads as follows: HSCcTD
"A.M. No. 11-8-2-SC (Re: Order of the Office of the Ombudsman Referring the Complaint dated March 6, 2007 of Mr. Aurelio I. Arrienda against Former Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the Memorandum dated July 25, 2011 of Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez, forwarding the 1st Indorsement dated June 21, 2011 of the Office of the Ombudsman, referring the Sworn Complaint dated March 6, 2007 filed by Mr. Aurelio I. Arrienda, 7 Tanguile Road, Project 7, Quezon City, against former Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno;
(b) NOTE and DISMISS the aforesaid Complaint of Aurelio I. Arrienda against Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno, there being no prima facie case; and
(c) NOTE the Order dated April 7, 2007 of the Office of the Ombudsman, referring the subject complaint to the Office of the Court Administrator for appropriate action." Abad, J., on official leave. Perez, J., on leave. (adv41) aEHASI
