Constituting the Membership of the Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court to Draft the Rules on E-Commerce Law (R.A. No. 8792)
On March 8, 2001, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Administrative Circular No. 19-01, establishing a committee to draft the Rules on E-Commerce Law, pursuant to Republic Act No. 8792. The committee is chaired by Mr. Justice Reynato S. Puno and includes notable members such as Mr. Justice Jose Feria (Vice Chairman), Mr. Justice Oscar Herrera (Consultant), and former Solicitor General Ricardo Galvez, among others. Atty. Francis Lim, Atty. German Legaspi, and Mrs. Lida Pilapil will serve as secretary and stenographer. The circular took effect on March 1, 2001.

SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 19-01
CONSTITUTING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE ON THE REVISION OF THE RULES OF COURT TO DRAFT THE RULES ON E-COMMERCE LAW (R.A. NO. 8792)
Upon the recommendation of Mr. Justice Reynato S. Puno, Chairman of the Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court, the following are hereby named as its members for the purpose of drafting the Rules on E-Commerce Law (R.A. No. 8792):
