RE: REQUEST FOR AUTHORITY TO MODIFY THE RATIO OF RAFFLE CASES IN COURT STATIONS, WITHOUT HAVING TO SUBMIT THE MATTER TO THE COURT FOR APPROVAL
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JULY 27, 2021, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 21-07-06-SC (Re: Request for Authority to Modify the Ratio of Raffle Cases in Court Stations, without Having to Submit the Matter to the Court for Approval). — Acting on the Memorandum dated June 30, 2021 of Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez, the Court Resolved to AUTHORIZE the Court Administrator to directly modify the ratio of the raffle of cases in court stations and/or to prescribe a different procedure in the raffle of cases whenever it is determined to be necessary or upon the request of the Executive Judge or the Presiding/Pairing/Acting/Assisting Judge, without having to submit the matter to the Court for approval."
