NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 13, 2018, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 3360 (Re: Appearance of Lawyers Who Are Seventy-Five [75] Years Old and Above Before the Office of the Bar Confidant Prior to Issuance of Clearances for Notarial Commission and for Updating of the Records and Signatures in the Roll of Attorneys). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to REQUIRE all members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the active practice of law, whose ages are seventy-five (75) years old and above, to PERSONALLY APPEAR before the Office of the Bar Confidant to update his/her records and/or to sign anew in the Roll of Attorneys for the primordial purpose of protecting the best interest and welfare of the public as well as the integrity, professionalism and membership in the Philippine Bar."
