NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 31, 2012, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 2359 (In re: Petition to Take the Lawyer's Oath and Sign the Roll of Attorneys, Marjorie B. Malihan, petitioner). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to require Ms. Marjorie B. Malihan and Mr. Julius M. German to APPEAR before the Bar Confidant within ten (10) days from notice hereof for some clarificatory questions." Abad and Sereno, JJ., on leave. (adv49) caHASI
