Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 24, 2012, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 1862(In re: Petition to take the Lawyer's Oath and Sign the Roll of Attorneys, Berteni Cataluña Causing, petitioner). —The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to REQUIRE petitioner Berteni C. Causing to SUBMIT another certification clarifying the status of Criminal Case No. C-56975 pending before the RTC, Branch 122, Caloocan City." Brion, J., on official leave. (adv47) DTCAES
