Philippine Judiciary 365 Reports Portal
OCA Circular No. 54-2021 mandates that judges and clerks of court in the Philippines use the Judiciary 365 Reports Portal to submit weekly reports on videoconferencing hearings, eliminating the need for previous reporting forms. Reports must be submitted every Friday, utilizing designated icons for both videoconferencing hearings and persons deprived of liberty (PDLs). Daily status reports to Deputy Court Administrators or Assistant Court Administrators are no longer required. The transition to the Judiciary 365 platform aims to streamline reporting processes, with support available through official contact channels for any inquiries.
