SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 189-2022

RE : Full Utilization of the Philippine Judiciary 365 (PJ365)

 

In consonance with the Supreme Court en banc Resolution dated 15 March 2022 in A.M. No. 21-10-04-SC, and in line with our efforts to digitally transform the Philippine Judiciary and to advance the use of technological solutions in improving court operations, ALL courts, judiciary offices, justices, judges, court officials and employees are hereby DIRECTED to fully utilize the PJ365 platform for all official transactions, communications, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and activities to ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of information that may be collected and processed by reason of the performance of their official functions.

The issuance of PJ365 accounts to court employees shall be made upon the recommendation of the Chief of Office, and it shall be based on the nature of the functions being performed.

The Chiefs of Offices may send their request for the issuance of PJ365 accounts to the Management Information Systems Office (MISO) at [email protected].
