Non-Submission of Weekly Videoconferencing Hearing Reports
OCA Circular No. 82-2021 emphasizes the requirement for judges and court clerks to submit weekly reports on videoconferencing hearings, as mandated by previous circulars. The monitoring period from May 3 to June 14, 2021, revealed non-compliance by some courts despite the provision of a monthly communications allowance. All concerned personnel are reminded to submit these reports every Friday via the Judiciary 365 Reports Portal, noting any periods without hearings as "0." Failure to adhere to this directive will result in appropriate actions. Compliance is crucial for maintaining judicial efficiency.
