Required Reports during Community Quarantine Period
OCA Circular No. 99-2020 mandates that all first and second level courts in the Philippines continue to submit daily and weekly reports during the community quarantine period, despite the resumption of full court operations on June 1, 2020. These reports include the release of qualified Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) and details on videoconferencing hearings. Courts in areas under Enhanced or Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine must keep submitting Daily Status Reports on urgent matters until conditions improve. The guidelines aim to ensure compliance and maintain the rights of accused persons during this period.
