MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 101
AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (ICT) PERSONNEL IN VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE CIO E-GOVERNANCE CONFERENCE
The Chief Information Officers Forum, Inc. (CIOF), the country's organization of Government CIO's, will hold the CIO E-Governance Conference on May 19, 2006, at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.
In this connection, ICT personnel in various government agencies and local government units are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Conference on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
