PROCLAMATION NO. 1502
DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN SAN CARLOS CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 2008, marks the Charter Day Anniversary of San Carlos City;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of San Carlos City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 2008, as special (non-working) day in San Carlos City. aCSDIc
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
