PROCLAMATION NO. 2097
DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 1, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, July 1, 2010 marks the celebration of the 50th Golden Charter Day anniversary of the City of San Carlos; cACHSE
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, July 1, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
