PROCLAMATION NO. 1171
DECLARING THURSDAY, 01 JULY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, on 01 July 2021, Thursday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 01 July 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 25th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
