PROCLAMATION NO. 1232
DECLARING THURSDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, on 04 November 2021, Thursday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its annual festival commemorating the renaming of the locality from its former name, Nabinkalan; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 04 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
