PROCLAMATION NO. 340
DECLARING SATURDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, on Saturday, 04 November 2017, the City of San Carlos marks its annual festival commemorating the renaming of the locality from its former name, Nabinkalan; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 04 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
