REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6324
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF OCCIDENTAL NEGROS SOUTH GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HIMAMAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATIONS OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Occidental Negros South General Hospital is hereby increased from twenty-five beds to fifty. cdt
SECTION 2. The financing of this hospital shall be in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act. The necessary sums for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
