Increase in Bed Capacity of Valladolid District Hospital in Valladolid, Negros Occidental
Republic Act No. 7328, approved on March 31, 1992, increases the bed capacity of the Valladolid District Hospital in Negros Occidental from 25 to 50 beds. The existing Valladolid Emergency Hospital will henceforth be officially recognized as the Valladolid District Hospital. Funding for this expansion will come from the lump-sum appropriations specified in the current General Appropriations Act, with future operational costs to be included in subsequent annual budgets. This Act takes effect immediately upon approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7328
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE VALLADOLID DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALLADOLID, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Valladolid District Hospital in the Municipality of Valladolid, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds. acd
SECTION 2. Upon approval of this Act, said existing Valladolid Emergency Hospital shall be called and publicly known as the Valladolid District Hospital.
SECTION 3. The Amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd i
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
