REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7988
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE POBLACION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALLADOLID, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE VALLADOLID NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Poblacion of the Municipality of Valladolid, Province of Negros Occidental, to be known as the Valladolid National High School.
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
