REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7241

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DON JOSE C. LOCSIN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM SEVENTY-FIVE (75) TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Don Jose C. Locsin Memorial Hospital in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred fifty (150) beds.

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon approval.
