BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 118
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CORAZON LOCSIN-MONTELIBANO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF BACOLOD
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Corazon Locsin-Montelibano Memorial Hospital in the City of Bacolod is hereby increased to four hundred. acd
SECTION 2. The lot and hospital building located at Torres Avenue, Bacolod City, donated to the Ministry of Health, shall be utilized by the Ministry in accomplishing this purpose.
SECTION 3. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
