Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 24, 2012, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 2304 (In re: Petition for Declaration of Unconstitutionality of B.M. No. 1922, C.G. Brion Village Homeowners Association, Brgy. San Lucas, San Pablo City, represented by Domingo Gozo, President, petitioner). — Acting on the Letter dated November 22, 2011 of Atty. Conrado L. Manicad, counsel for petitioner, requesting for a copy of the report of the Office of the Bar Confidant dated October 27, 2010 stated in the resolution of the Court dated December 14, 2010, the Court Resolved to DENY the request for lack of merit."
