NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 28, 2012, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 2572 (In re: Petition for Assistance in Taking the 2012 Bar Exams, Hector James Albert Esling, petitioner). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to:
(a) ALLOW Bar examinee Hector James Albert Esling to take the 2012 Bar Examinations at the Court-designated medical clinic stationed at his assigned building at the University of Santo Tomas; and cEaCAH
(b) DIRECT the Bar Confidant to (i) assign one Supreme Court stenographer or clerk, who is not a law graduate or law student, to assist the petitioner in shading his answers in the MCQ portion and write in long hand the answers dictated by him in the essay portion of the examinations and (ii) a special watcher."
