Guidelines for Changes, Revisions or Modifications to the Data Encoded in the eCourt System
OCA Circular No. 185-2016 outlines the guidelines for making changes to data in the eCourt system at designated rollout sites in the Philippines. It specifies that eCourt users can modify various entries, such as party details and court decisions, through their user accounts. However, certain changes, such as correcting erroneous docketing or document entries, must be handled by the System Administrator of the Management Information Systems Office (MISO) using an approved request form. The circular aims to ensure uniformity and efficient administration of the eCourt system among judges and court personnel.
