PROCLAMATION NO. 1460
DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN
WHEREAS, Monday, February 18, 2008, marks the Tawo-Tawo Festival of the City of Bayawan; CSIDEc
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, February 18, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan. TacSAE
