PROCLAMATION NO. 2278

EXTENDING UP TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1983, THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE KAWAL AWARD FOUNDATION, INC.

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 2111 dated August 28, 1981, authorized the Kawal Award Foundation Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign from September 1, 1981 to August 30, 1982; and

WHEREAS, the Kawal Award Foundation, Inc. needs more time to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign period of the Kawal Award Foundation, Inc., up to September 30, 1983.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
