PROCLAMATION NO. 2138

AUTHORIZING THE DRUG ABUSE RESEARCH FOUNDATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 1, 1981 TO OCTOBER 31, 1982

WHEREAS, the Drug Abuse Research Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization deeply involved in the preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of drug addiction; cdt

WHEREAS, said organization during its existence has demonstrated the value and importance of its services;

WHEREAS, said organization needs the support of the public to enable it to carry on its laudable activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Drug Abuse Research Foundation, Inc. to conduct a fund campaign during the period from November 1, 1981 to October 31, 1982.
