PROCLAMATION NO. 2161

EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION, INC., UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1982

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 2076 to conduct a national membership, educational and fund campaign during the period from January 1 to December 31, 1981; and acd

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. up to December 31, 1982.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
