EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 453 DATED DECEMBER 23, 1953 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE AMAI PAKPAK (FORMERLY CAMP KEITHLEY) MILITARY RESERVATION A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN MATAMPAY, CITY OF MARAWI, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT

Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 453 dated December 23, 1953 which established the Amai Pakpak (former Camp Keithley) military reservation, a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in Matampay, City of Marawi, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of 29,995 square meters and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows: casia

Beginning at a point marked "1", on plan N. 50 deg. 12'W., 1,506.59 meters from BLLM No. 1, Q-124, Dan Cadastre;

thence S. 34 deg. 56'E.,  150.00 m. to point 2;

thence S. 35 deg. 04'W.,  199.99 m. to point 3;

thence N. 34 deg. 56'W.,  150.00 m. to point 4;

thence N. 55 deg. 04'E.,  199.99 m. to the point

of beginning; containing an area of Twenty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-five (29,995) Square Meters more or less.
