Establishment of School of Fisheries in Bataan

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4222
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN ANY MUNICIPALITY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATAAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BATAAN SCHOOL OF FISHERIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a school of fisheries in any municipality in the Province of Bataan, to be known as the Bataan School of Fisheries.
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
