Republic Act No. 3395, enacted on June 18, 1961, establishes the Milagros School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Milagros, Masbate, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools. The site for the school will be determined by the local Municipal Council in consultation with the Director. An appropriation of 200,000 pesos is authorized for the school's establishment, operation, and maintenance for the fiscal year 1962, with provisions for future funding included in subsequent General Appropriation Acts. The Act takes effect once the authorized funds are allocated.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3395
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MILAGROS, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MILAGROS SCHOOL OF FISHERIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Milagros, Province of Masbate, to be known as the Milagros School of Fisheries. The site of the said school shall be determined by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Milagros, in consultation with the Director of Public Schools.
SECTION 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon the date the funds herein authorized to be appropriated shall have been provided for.
