Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in Pangutaran, Sulu

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 102
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANGUTARAN, PROVINCE OF SULU, TO BE KNOWN AS PANGUTARAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, Ministry of Health, a fifty-bed emergency hospital in the Municipality of Pangutaran, Province of Sulu, to be known as Pangutaran Emergency Hospital. The Hospital shall be located at the poblacion of the said Municipality. cd
SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operationalized. cdt
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
