Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in Luuk, Sulu
Batas Pambansa Blg. 103, enacted on December 27, 1980, establishes the Luuk Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Luuk, Province of Sulu, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services from the Ministry of Health. BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 103
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUUK, PROVINCE OF SULU, TO BE KNOWN AS LUUK EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, Ministry of Health, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Luuk, Province of Sulu, to be known as Luuk Emergency Hospital. asia dc
SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operationalized. asia dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
