BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 108
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARANG IN THE PROVINCE OF SULU, TO BE KNOWN AS PARANG EMERGENCY HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, Ministry of Health, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Parang, Province of Sulu, to be known as Parang Emergency Hospital.
SECTION 2. The Minister of Health shall promulgate rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operationalized.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
