Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in Sipocot, Camarines Sur

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6482
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIPOCOT, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS SIPOCOT EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Sipocot, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as Sipocot Emergency Hospital. The site for the said hospital shall be determined by the municipal council of the Municipality of Sipocot, in consultation with the Director of Medical Services. cd i
SECTION 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the Sipocot Emergency Hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-two, including the purchase of lot and construction of buildings. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of said hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
