SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 92-2021

Acting on the letter dated 14 May 2021 of Atty. Domingo Egon Q. Cayosa, IBP National President and Chairperson of the Board of Governors, requesting the designation of an official court observer in the election of the IBP Executive Vice President for 2021-2023, pursuant to Section 15, Article 1 of the By-Laws of the IBP, the following judges are hereby designated as the official observer and alternate in the said election to be held on 24 May 2021, 10:00 a.m., at the JBL Reyes Hall, 4th Floor, IBP Building, 15 Doña Julia Vargas Avenue, Pasig City.
As observer and alternate, the judges concerned shall coordinate with the incumbent Executive Vice President. Within ten (10) days from the date of the election, a report should be submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator which should include the following: the name of the duly elected Executive Vice President; any incident that may constitute as a prohibited act or practice relative to elections provided for in Section 14, Article 1 of the By-Laws of the IBP; and any other matter that should be brought to the attention of the Court.
