Designation of Judges as Observer and Alternate in the Election of the Executive Vice President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) on 26 May 2017

SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 79-2017

 

Acting on the letter dated 11 May 2017 of Atty. Rosario T. Setias-Reyes, IBP National President, requesting for the designation of an official court observer in the election of the Executive Vice President of the IBP for 2017-2019, pursuant to Section 15, Article 1 of the By-Laws of the IBP, the following judges are hereby designated as official observer and alternate in the said election to be held on 26 May 2017, 10:00 a.m., at the IBP Board Room, 3/F IBP Building, Doña Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

As such observer and alternate, they will coordinate with the Chapter President in the area. Within ten (10) days from the date of the election, a report should be submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator which should include the following: 1) the name of the duly elected Executive Vice President; 2) any incident that may constitute any prohibited acts and practices relative to election provided for in Section 14, Article 1 of the By-Laws of the IBP; and 3) any other matter that in their opinion should be brought to the attention of the Court.
