OCA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 01-13
RE : Designation of Judges as Observer and Alternate in the Regional Election for the Governor of IBP Western Visayas Region on January 5, 2013
Acting on the December 29, 2012 request of Atty. Roan I. Libarios, National President, Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), for the designation of official court observers for the scheduled IBP regional election for the Governor of Western Visayas Region, pursuant to Section 15, Article 1 of the By-laws of the IBP, and in accordance with the provisions of A.M. No. 10-4-13-SC issued on August 10, 2010, the following judges are hereby designated as official observer and alternate in the IBP regional election for the Governor of Western Visayas Region to be held on January 5, 2013 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at the sala of the Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Kalibo, Aklan. cTECIA
As such observer and alternate, they will coordinate with the Chapter President in the area. Within ten (10) days from the date of the election, a report should be submitted to the Supreme Court which should include the following: the name of the duly elected governor; any incident that may constitute any prohibited acts and practices relative to election provided for in Section 14, Article 1 of the By-laws of the IBP; and any other matter that in their opinion should be brought to the attention of this Office.
