Acting on the letter dated 07 April 2022 of Atty. Burt M. Estrada, IBP National President, requesting the designation of an official court observer in the special election of the IBP Governor for Western Mindanao Region pursuant to Section 15, Article 1 of the By-Laws of the IBP, the following judges are hereby designated as the official observer and alternate in the said election to be held on 19 April 2022, Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at the Sarangani Highlands, General Santos City.
As observer and alternate, the judges concerned will coordinate with the incumbent Board of Governors. Within ten (10) days from the date of the election, a report should be submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator which should include the following: the name of the duly elected Governor of Western Mindanao Region; any incident that may constitute as a prohibited act or practice relative to elections provided for in Section 14, Article 1 of the By-Laws of the IBP; and any other matter that should be brought to the attention of the Court.
