Designating Atty. Enriqueta Esguerra-Vidal as Clerk of the Presidential Electoral Tribunal

SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 157-10
DESIGNATING ATTY. ENRIQUETA ESGUERRA-VIDAL AS CLERK OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORAL TRIBUNAL
WHEREAS, Rule 10 of the 2010 Rules of the Presidential Electoral Tribunal provides that the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (Tribunal) shall have a Clerk;
WHEREAS, Rule 11 of the 2010 Rules of the Presidential Electoral Tribunal provides that the Tribunal may designate the Clerk of the Supreme Court as the Clerk of the Tribunal;
WHEREAS, Atty. Enriqueta Esguerra-Vidal has been appointed as the Clerk of Court of the Supreme Court vice Atty. Ma. Luisa D. Villarama who compulsorily retired on August 25, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to, and by virtue of, the authority vested by Rule 11 of the 2010 Rules of the Presidential Electoral Tribunal in relation to the revised Resolution in A.M. No. 99-12-08-SC, and for and in behalf of the Tribunal, the undersigned hereby DESIGNATES Atty. ENRIQUETA ESGUERRA-VIDAL as Clerk of the Tribunal, who shall be entitled to all the privileges and benefits previously enjoyed by her immediate predecessor.
This designation shall take effect immediately.
