DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 2, 2009, marks the 146th Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City; HACaSc

WHEREAS, in order to give the residents of Pasay City the opportunity to celebrate the momentous occasion, it but fitting and proper to declare December 2, 2009 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 2, 2009, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
