DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 2 TO 8, 1981, AS ADVERTISING WEEK
WHEREAS, advertising plays a vital role in the dissemination of correct information respecting goods, services, and the like, so essential to the nation's economic development;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from November 2 to 8, 1981, as Advertising Week.
