PROCLAMATION NO. 2137
DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 23 TO 27, 1981 AS "PRODUCTIVITY CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK"
WHEREAS, productivity consciousness is one of the primary concern of government; and
WHEREAS, the National Productivity Commission, the government agency tasked in the pursuit of this goal, has decided on the institutionalization of a productivity week celebration as a strategy to promote productivity consciousness;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from November 23 to 27, 1981 as "Productivity Consciousness Week."
