DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET
WHEREAS, Monday, November 23, 2009, marks the 109th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Benguet; HCTDIS
WHEREAS, in order for the people of the Province of Benguet be given the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare November 23, 2009 as special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, November 23, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
