PROCLAMATION NO. 617
DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET
WHEREAS, on 23 November 2018, a Friday, the Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its 118th founding anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 23 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 5th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eighteen.
