DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET
WHEREAS, Friday, November 23, 2007, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Province of Benguet; DaECST
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, November 23, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
