PROCLAMATION NO. 2362

DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 1984, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AND IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the 123rd Birth Anniversary of our national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal, who was born in Calamba, Laguna, falls on Tuesday, June 19, 1984; and

WHEREAS, the people therein desire to celebrate the birth anniversary of our national hero with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 19, 1984, as a non-working special public holiday in the Province of Laguna and in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
