DECLARING SATURDAY, JUNE 19, 1982, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AND IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO
WHEREAS, the birth anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, our national hero, falls on Saturday, June 19, 1982; aisa dc
WHEREAS, the people of Laguna desire to celebrate his birthday with fitting ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, June 19, 1982, as a special non-working public holiday in the Province of Laguna and in the City of San Pablo.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
