DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 1985, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AND IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the 124th Birth Anniversary of our national hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal, who was born in Calamba, Laguna, falls on Wednesday, June 19, 1985; and

WHEREAS, the people therein desire to celebrate the birth anniversary of our national hero with fitting ceremonies; casia

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 19, 1985, as a non-working special public holiday in the Province of Laguna and in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
